IND-IODry Contact IO Sensor Probe
16 inputs · 4 outputs
monitor & control legacy equipment
16 dry contact inputs — monitor any relay-output device.
4 dry contact outputs — control fans, pumps, HVAC & more.
Per-port NO/NC configuration with minimum-duration alarm filter.
12 VDC output (max 700mA) powers attached detectors.
Contact polling down to 1 second.
Steel industrial enclosure — 0U rack, DIN rail, magnetic or wall mount.
BMS ready via Modbus TCP, BACnet IP & Modbus RTU.
SNMP for NMS/DCIM & MQTT for IIoT.

At a glance:
Inputs: 16, NO/NC per port
Outputs: 4, plus 12 VDC / 700mA power out
Note: one IO probe per base unit
16 Inputs for Legacy Equipment
Generators, fire panels, UPS units and HVAC all speak dry contact. Sixteen inputs bring their relay outputs into one monitored platform.
4 Outputs to Take Action
Detection is half the job. The outputs start the backup air conditioning, initiate the pump on a water leak or trigger any relay-driven equipment.
Per-Port Configuration
Every input is individually set to normal open or normal closed, with a minimum state duration before alarming — contact chatter isn't a callout.
Powers Its Own Loop
A 12 VDC output (max 700mA) powers the attached smoke, motion and door detectors — no separate power supply on the wall.
Bridge to Open Protocols
The dry contact is the oldest interface in the building. This probe translates it into Modbus TCP, BACnet IP, SNMP & MQTT.
Where to Use
Generator rooms, fire panels, UPS dry contacts and HVAC alarm outputs — the equipment that predates every protocol on your network.
Alerting & Integration
Input states with immediate alerts via email, SNMP traps & optional SMS — straight into your BMS over Modbus TCP, BACnet IP or Modbus RTU.
